ZHD Holdings, LLC is excited to announce their plans to revitalize and develop the currently vacant Interstate Blood Bank Building, located at 2126-2130 W. Fond Du Lac Ave, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The building is situated in the Amani neighborhood, which is a resilient, but underserved and underinvested urban area.

The new development, EBAN, will include the following offerings: a community-based coffee shop, professional offices, a daycare and youth development center, and salon suites. Additional spaces within the building, for cold food storage and community classroom space, will also be activated at the property. Each of the businesses speak to a community care approach that offers opportunities for professionals and residents of the area to build community, as well as opportunities to attract a broader customer and client base city-wide, creating both an energy of revitalization and innovation for the area.

Deacon, principal at ZDH Holdings, is an experienced attorney with a focus on real estate, estate planning, and business. A successful manager of several rental units, she is also a licensed real estate broker and has been a real estate investor for over ten years. Adella is a native of Milwaukee and grew up just over a mile from the proposed development project, which makes her intimately familiar with the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
